By placing an order you confirm that:
Pickup orders are available for collection at 1221 Jerome Ave, Bronx, NY 10452. Estimated pickup time is 20 to 25 minutes from order confirmation. Actual wait times may vary.
Delivery service is available within a 1-mile radius of our location. A minimum order of $15.00 is required for delivery. Payment for delivery orders is cash only, collected by the driver upon arrival. Estimated delivery time is 30 to 40 minutes. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
All prices are subject to applicable New York City sales tax. We reserve the right to update menu prices at any time. The price in effect at the time your order is confirmed is the price you will be charged.

Santi & Tito's Empanadas y Mas LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our ordering service, including but not limited to delays in delivery, incorrect orders caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order.
We take food safety seriously. However, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients including common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us directly before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bronx County, New York.
